Depending on your workflow, you may choose to assign a paralegal (or multiple paralegals) to a case. This can be helpful for tracking/reporting purposes. Here’s how to do it:
- Navigate to the case
- Select the tab titled “Case Details”
- Select the appropriate paralegal from the “Primary paralegal/staff” dropdown menu
- Click the “Save” button
To track the cases that a paralegal is assigned to, use the Case Management Board.
- Navigate to Case Management Board > List in your left sidebar
- Click on the “Filter” button
- Select Columns > Primary paralegal
- Now, select the paralegal from the Dropdown menu and view the results
