How to use the printable questionnaires
You can find the printable questionnaires under the form tab. You can find them by clicking on new to add a form and type the word “printable”. You will find all of the questionnaires available in that tab. There are Spanish and English versions as well. Also, you can share the questionnaires the same way as the forms. Clients can enter the information directly there. Finally, the printable questionnaires can be used with the reverse autofill in order to save you time with data entry.
