Creating contacts in Prima.Law is easy. As you set up your firm, you want to consider all the ways that you want to create contacts. This is something that must be thought of intentionally to avoid creating duplicates in the system. Use the graphic above to plan which avenues you are going to use to create contacts in your system. It is a good idea to have some sort of forms system (even the free google forms will work) to have leads or contacts enter their own basic information in their case.
You could create a form and place it on your website, or on an ipad in your office and your clients could enter their information there. Then by using Zapier, you can push that information into Prima and create a contact for them automatically.
