The Administrator Panel in Prima.Law gives firm administrators powerful tools to manage users, subscriptions, custom settings, integrations, billing, and more. This article will walk you through everything available in the admin area and how to configure it to fit your law firm’s needs.
Note: If you don’t see the Administrator Panel in your user menu, you are not currently designated as an administrator. Please contact your firm’s account owner to update your user permissions.
🔐 Accessing the Administrator Panel
1. Click your User Menu (top-right corner).
2. If you’re an admin, you’ll see Administrator Panel in the dropdown.
3. Click to enter and begin customizing your firm settings.
👤 Personal & Firm Information
Personal Info
• Similar to your user profile.
• Includes name, email, profile photo, phone number, etc.
Firm Info
• Upload your firm logo (used on printed materials like bills, notes, invoices).
• Enter your firm name, address, and notification email (e.g., [email protected]).
• Add a law firm slogan and YouTube channel link (optional but helpful for client-facing content).
• Enable 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication via SMS)—recommended for all users.
🧾 Subscription & Licensing
Manage your Prima.Law subscription with flexibility:
• View current usage by module (Core, Immigration, California, etc.).
• Assign licenses to users (each library requires its own license).
• Choose between monthly or yearly billing.
• Update payment methods.
• Cancel or modify subscription directly from this section.
👥 User Management
