Text messaging is THE SINGLE MOST EFFECTIVE way to communicate with your clients.
You have likely already setup this feature using Twilio, and here are the other things you will want to know about the integration in Prima.Law
You will receive the text message at the email address you have set for Text Notifications (Admin Panel –> Integrations –> Twilio –> Settings) As there is no related contact, there will not be a link to a contact. However, you will receive the message and then may follow up directly with them.
All texting notifications can be sent to the email address of your choice. Just make sure you have access to that email on your phone and your notification settings set correctly. Alternatively, you can use Zapier.com to create a Zap that will send you an SMS notification when you have received a new text message.
A text message will arrive in each profile that has that number. Additionally, in the email notification you receive, you will see each relevant contact listed who has that phone number.
