
The Prima.Law Notification Center is the central location where you can view notifications of the creation of, completion of and modification of the following types of events:
-Contacts
-Cases
-Tasks
-Phone Calls
There are two main sections “Firm Feed” and “My Notifications”
“Firm Feed” is for all events occurring in Prima in your firm.
“My Notifications” is for the events that are more relevant to the logged in user. These include events in contacts or cases that are assigned to the user.
