The Notification Center in Prima.Law is your real-time command center for staying on top of everything happening in your firm. Whether you’re managing the entire practice or just your caseload, the Notification Center gives you visibility into activities, updates, and actions—all from one place.


📍 Where to Find It

Look to the top-right corner of your screen for the small alarm bell icon.

Clicking this will open the Notification Center.


🏢 Firm Feed: See Everything Firm-Wide

The Firm Feed shows firm-wide activity and is especially helpful for administrators and managers who need a bird’s-eye view of what’s happening across all users and clients.

You’ll find updates in categories like:

• Client Portal Access

• Case Updates

• New or Edited Contacts

• Calendar Events

• Text Messages

• Tasks (created, updated, completed)

• Phone Calls

• Billing Activity

• Lead Management

• USCIS Receipts

• Smart Interviews (client forms and assessments)

đź•’ Entries are listed newest at the bottom and oldest at the top, but you can always jump to the latest activity.


👤 My Notifications: Personalized Alerts for You

The My Notifications tab filters activity relevant to you as a user. You’ll see updates only for:

• Clients or cases you’re assigned to

• Actions taken in client portals you’re connected to

• Smart Interviews, tasks, leads, or communications that involve you

This is ideal for:

• Attorneys who want to track client interactions

• Paralegals managing forms and case documents

• Support staff monitoring deadlines and next steps

Every notification offers quick actions you can take without switching screens:
